Position VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Helpdesk / Facilities Administrator for a major M&E contractor company based in Belfast. This is a Full-time position - Monday - Friday position (with an early finish Friday) Permanent position - Position of work is Belfast (City Centre) Salary Competitive Salary + Benefits package & Growth Opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Internal and external emails
  • Raising and closing jobs on Facilities Management side of the business
  • Raising Purchase Orders to our Supply Chain side of the business
  • Answering the phone to clients and engineers

Ideal Criteria:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office package
  • Experience in a similar client/customer facing role
  • Helpdesk experience
  • Experience with CAFM systems advantageous
