A highly regarded boutique advisory and tax consultancy is seeking an experienced Tax Director / Head of Tax to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership position within a specialist firm known for delivering high-value advisory services to a diverse client base. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the firm's tax offering, managing client relationships, driving business development, and providing strategic tax advice. The Role
- Reporting directly to the Partners, you will lead the firm's tax function while acting as a trusted advisor to a broad portfolio of clients.

What You Will Do
- Lead and develop the firm's tax advisory offering.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with an established portfolio of clients.
- Provide strategic corporate tax advice across a range of sectors.
- Advise on R&D Tax Relief claims and innovation-related incentives.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to the firm's growth strategy.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the team.
- Work closely with business owners, entrepreneurs and senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to technical excellence and best practice across the firm.

Requirements
- CTA, ACA, ACCA, ATT or equivalent qualification.

- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with business owners and senior stakeholders.
- Previous leadership experience within practice preferred.
