VANRATH is exclusively partnering with a leading NI technology business to appoint a Head of People and Culture to a newly created role. This role is pivotal in shaping and driving the company's organisational culture, employee experience, and talent strategy. You will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, fostering a workplace that prioritises inclusivity, innovation, and high performance.
As the Head of People and Culture, you will oversee all aspects of human resources, talent management, and culture initiatives, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and values.

Education and Experience:
- Degree in Human Resources

- Proven track record of designing and implementing impactful people strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing HR operations in a high-growth or dynamic environment.
