An excellent opportunity for a hands-on Fit-Out Foreman to join a growing construction team based in Belfast. The company delivers high-quality interior fit-out projects across Northern Ireland and is known for running well-planned, well-managed jobs - not firefighting. Projects include commercial and retail fit-outs, refurbishments and extensions within live, operational environments, offering stability, consistency, and a professional site culture.
The Ideal Person
You will come from a strong fit-out or interior trades background, ideally joinery or a similar discipline, and enjoy leading from the front on site. Applications are welcomed from experienced Fit-Out Foremen, Working Foremen, Chargehands, or senior tradespeople ready to step up. You will be comfortable working in live environments with public interface, coordinating multiple trades to clear programmes, and maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship. Willingness to travel to sites in Northern Ireland only is required.
Responsibilities
As a hands-on Fit-Out Foreman, you will oversee and actively support fit-out and refurbishment works across NI, carrying out day-to-day site supervision while remaining practical on site, coordinating trades and subcontractors to deliver quality and programme targets, driving productivity and high workmanship standards, ensuring full compliance with health & safety procedures, RAMS and site regulations, managing works within live environments with minimal disruption, liaising with Project Managers and Site Managers to keep works running smoothly, and monitoring progress, quality control and snagging through to completion.
Remuneration
£45,000 - £50,000 per annum plus company benefits package.
