About you
- Minimum 1 year's recent experience in grounds maintenance, gardening, or landscaping
- Proficient in operating horticultural machinery such as ride-on mowers, hedge cutters, strimmers, and blowers
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Full UK driving licence
What you'll do
- Perform lawn mowing, edging, and grass-care duties to maintain high standards
- Prune shrubs, hedge trimming, and shaping plant beds
- Keep planted areas, shrub beds, and hard surfaces tidy by clearing debris and litter
