The Role

We are seeking a driven and competitive Sales Development Rep to join an established sales team in Belfast.

This is an outbound lead generation and appointment-setting role, focused on identifying new business opportunities, qualifying prospects and booking qualified meetings for the Business Development Manager (BDM) team.

You will be responsible for creating new sales opportunities rather than closing deals, playing a key role in building the pipeline and supporting the wider sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales career, with clear progression opportunities into Account Manager and Business Development Manager roles for high-performing individuals.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.

Strong IT skills, with previous CRM experience.
