About you

  • Background in Technical Communication, Engineering, or relevant field
  • Experience in technical documentation or product information management
  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management role
  • Proven experience working with complex mechanical or electromechanical products desirable
  • Strong knowledge of documentation standards, CMS, structured authoring (DITA/XML), and digital publishing platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Capable of managing cross-functional projects and external vendor relationships

  • Lead and develop a global team dedicated to creating and maintaining technical documentation
  • Define and execute a multi-channel documentation strategy, embracing print, digital, and interactive platforms
