The Role:
- Oversee the fresh, frozen, and foodservice department, ensuring all operational standards are met (including handling products such as meat and dairy where required).
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve departmental goals.
- Implement promotions in line with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the re-order team to maintain accurate stock levels and take ownership of specific orders when necessary.
- Ensure full compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, commercial awareness, and a strong passion for the brand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and fostering loyalty.
- Uphold leadership values, taking accountability for meeting and exceeding targets.
Working Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (flexibility required).

About You:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in fresh food, retail sales, or a supervisory role.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities.
- Customer-focused approach.
