- Minimum of three years' experience in a similar finance support role
- Proven working knowledge of Sage 50 accounting software
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills with keen attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient IT skills, particularly within Office 365 including MS Word, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Excel (basic formulas)
- A team player with a collaborative approach and a willingness to learn new skills
- Adaptable, proactive, and committed to process improvement
