About you
- Minimum of three years' experience in a similar finance support role
- Proven working knowledge of Sage 50 accounting software
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills with keen attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient IT skills, particularly within Office 365 including MS Word, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Excel (basic formulas)
- A team player with a collaborative approach and a willingness to learn new skills
- Adaptable, proactive, and committed to process improvement
What you'll do
- Process and pay supplier invoices efficiently and accurately
- Raise purchase orders in adherence to procurement policies
- Manage staff expense claims weekly
- Maintain electronic filing systems for all financial documentation
- Handle customer invoicing and daily bank receipt postings
- Reconcile bank accounts and address queries from customers and suppliers promptly
- Provide general administrative and financial support to the team
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance financial processes and find efficiencies
