VANRATH are delighted to be assisting our client, a large Public Sector organisation with the recruitment of a Facilities Contracts & Governance Manager to join their team based in Belfast.

About you
- 1-5 years' experience in facilities, contracts, or service management
- Advanced IT proficiency
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and organisational policies
- Experience preparing business cases, tenders, or procurement documentation
- Confident managing contracts, KPIs, and supplier performance
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of business continuity and organisational resilience principles
- Able to work to equality, health & safety, and information governance standards
- Access to Basic Access NI clearance
What you’ll do
- Support delivery of supplies and services across the estate, on time and within budget
- Provide full contract management, ensuring KPIs and service standards are met
- Prepare business cases, tenders, quotations, and procurement documentation
- Drive continuous improvement to maximise value for money
- Embed sustainability and best practice into contract specifications
- Handle customer queries and complaints, seeing issues through to resolution
- Ensure compliance with governance, financial, and procurement frameworks
