VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with a major company in Northern Ireland with the recruitment of an Export Administrator to join a growing and dynamic company based in Belfast. This position is based in the company's Belfast office. It is a Monday - Friday position with hybrid working available (80% in the office / 20% at home) for a 37.5 hour week. This is a permanent position with a salary of £31,000 - £34,000 plus additional benefits, a fantastic work environment, a holiday package (25 days leave + stats), and progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage export documentation and oversee order administration for both domestic and international customers, from order receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
- Prepare, review and process Letters of Credit and other international trade documentation in line with regulatory and customer requirements.
- Coordinate international shipments, working with logistics partners to optimise delivery while minimising risk and cost.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to export compliance requirements.
- Coordinate logistics activities to ensure efficient and timely shipment of goods.
- Provide high-quality customer service and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within the export industry.
- Strong knowledge of international trade documentation, including Certificates of Origin, EUR1 forms and related export paperwork.
- Proficient IT skills, including standard Microsoft Office packages.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
