About you:
- Proven experience in resourcing or professional recruitment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience using applicant tracking or HR management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
- CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards CIPD Level 5 is desirable
- Able to manage multiple recruitment campaigns concurrently while maintaining high standards
What you'll do:
- Manage and deliver recruitment campaigns for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring timelines and service standards are met
- Build and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders, providing expert guidance and advice
