An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Practice Executive / Executive Assistant to join a highly regarded professional services organisation based in Belfast. This role will provide high-level support to senior leadership within a fast-paced and commercially focused environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of business operations, stakeholder management, diary and travel coordination, project support and executive administration.
This position would suit an experienced Executive Assistant, Practice Executive or senior administrative professional who thrives in a busy corporate setting and is confident supporting senior stakeholders.
The Role
- Complex diary and inbox management for senior stakeholders
- Coordinating meetings, events, conferences and travel arrangements
- Managing international travel itineraries and accommodation bookings
- Preparing presentations, reports and business documentation
- Supporting project coordination and tracking progress updates
- Assisting with business development activity including pitches and client documentation
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating communications and ensuring actions are followed through efficiently
- Supporting senior leadership with day-to-day operational requirements
- Managing multiple priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced environment
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 5 years' experience within an Executive Assistant, Executive Support or Practice Executive role
- Experience supporting senior leadership within a professional services or corporate environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
- Ability to work proactively and manage competing priorities
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
