- Proven ERP project management experience within medium-sized or industrial environments
- Hands-on with delivering complex business transformation projects
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and change management
- Organised with strong planning and leadership capabilities
- Familiar with project tools like Microsoft Project or Gantt charts
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Knowledge of finance, procurement, manufacturing, or supply chain operations is preferred
