Employment Solicitor - Claimant Fully Remote | 1-4 Years' PQE | Highly Competitive Salary The Opportunity We're working with a specialist employment law firm to recruit an Employment Solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE to join its growing claimant-focused team.
This is a fully remote role suited to a solicitor with strong claimant-side experience who is confident managing their own caseload and running Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish.
The work will predominantly involve unfair dismissal, discrimination and settlement agreements, with opportunities to undertake advocacy and take on additional responsibility within the team.
What will you be doing?
Managing your own claimant employment caseload from instruction through to conclusion.
Running Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish.
Assessing prospects of success and advising on appropriate funding.
Preparing Early Conciliation forms and drafting/lodging ET1s.
Advising clients on employment law and the issues relevant to their case.
Drafting legal documents, correspondence, contracts and settlement agreements.
Preparing for and undertaking Employment Tribunal advocacy.
Maintaining excellent client relationships and communication.
Supervising and reviewing the work of trainee solicitors and paralegals.
