A prestigious international law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE to join their growing Belfast team. This role offers the opportunity to develop your career within a highly regarded employment practice, working closely with colleagues in London and across the firm's global offices. You will advise a broad range of blue-chip and multinational clients across sectors including financial services, technology, life sciences, transport, and retail, gaining exposure to both domestic and international employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on a wide range of employment matters including TUPE transfers, redundancy processes, and employment aspects of corporate transactions
  • Supporting and contributing to multi-jurisdictional projects such as global restructurings, compliance reviews, and policy rollouts
  • Managing Employment Tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and equal pay matters, with appropriate supervision
  • Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, settlement agreements, and workplace policies
  • Assisting with and conducting investigations into workplace grievances and whistleblowing allegations
  • Advising on data privacy issues and assisting with data subject access requests

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales with 1-4 years' PQE in employment law
  • Experience handling a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • Keen interest in developing expertise within a leading employment practice, including exposure to cross-border work
  • Commercially aware, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
