About you
- Level 5 Associate CIPD qualification or working towards it
- Demonstrable experience or a strong interest in employee relations, handling complex and sensitive issues
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation with the ability to provide sound advice
- Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- High level of integrity and discretion
What you'll do
- Provide expert guidance to managers on employee relations policies and procedures
- Support managers in managing ER cases, including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, and absence management
- Assist in conducting investigations and preparing documentation for hearings
- Ensure all cases are managed in line with employment law and company policies
- Support the management of long-term sickness and absence cases
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee relations records
- Offer administrative support related to employee relations processes
- Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple sites
