About You
- Minimum 1 year experience in email marketing, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong expertise in lifecycle marketing, CRM and marketing automation
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Klaviyo and Mailchimp
- Experience developing segmentation and personalisation strategies across B2B and B2C
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Confident communicator, comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and teams
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple client accounts
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver email marketing strategies across multiple client accounts
- Build, manage and optimise automated flows, including lifecycle and behavioural campaigns
- Plan and execute campaign activity from concept through to reporting
- Manage email campaigns across platforms such as Klaviyo and Mailchimp
- Develop segmentation and personalisation strategies to improve performance
- Analyse campaign results and provide clear, data-led recommendations
- Collaborate with paid media, content and CRO teams to support integrated campaigns
- Act as the internal email specialist, sharing best practice and insights across the business
