My client, a leading organisation within the utilities and infrastructure sector, is hiring a Digital Project Lead to join an existing team based in Belfast. This is a key position within a growing digital function, focused on delivering business-critical digital transformation initiatives and shaping the organisation's digital roadmap.

You will be part of a forward-thinking team delivering innovative, integrated digital solutions across a large-scale operational environment. My client is passionate about leveraging modern technology to improve systems, processes, and user experience while driving long-term digital transformation.
As a Digital Delivery Lead, you will play a central role in delivering digital programmes and shaping strategy across the organisation. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to translate requirements into practical digital solutions. You will lead delivery from concept through to implementation, ensuring solutions are scalable, user-focused, and aligned to business goals. The role will involve working across cloud-based platforms, collaboration tools, and low-code solutions, while promoting Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement.
The Person
- Experience delivering digital transformation initiatives or working within digital programmes
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery practices
- Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK or similar)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with cloud-based or enterprise digital platforms
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and third-party vendors
Desirable:
- Experience within utilities, infrastructure, or regulated environments
