Key Responsibilities:
- Support and enhance the company's modern workplace and desktop infrastructure environment
- Manage Windows 10/11 deployments, upgrades, and endpoint configuration across the business
- Package, test, and deploy applications using tools such as Intune and SCCM
- Monitor device compliance, patching, and security standards to maintain a secure desktop environment
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams to deliver workplace technology improvements
Desirable:
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and modern endpoint management tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Windows 10/11 environments
