We're looking for a Delivery Lead to play a key role in driving the successful delivery of projects, change initiatives, and client-focused work across the business. This is a highly collaborative position that combines delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and client relationship management, ensuring priorities are aligned and outcomes are delivered effectively. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and business teams, you'll help coordinate work, manage delivery expectations, and ensure projects progress smoothly from planning through to completion. You'll also support the development of delivery best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the successful delivery of projects and business initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted point of contact throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Manage delivery plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Facilitate collaboration across Product, Engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Lead client reviews, delivery discussions, and stakeholder meetings, providing clear updates on progress and outcomes.
  • Support quality delivery by removing blockers, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring agreed processes are followed.
  • Coach and support Delivery Managers while promoting consistent delivery standards across teams.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining visibility of priorities, milestones, and delivery performance.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience in delivery management, project coordination, project management, or a similar role within a technology-focused environment.
  • Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions, resolve challenges, and drive progress in a fast-paced environment.
