About you

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within an export or international trade environment
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation (e.g. certificates of origin, EUR1s)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Full driving licence (or access to transport)
  • Experience within a related industry or additional languages (desirable)

  • Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery
  • Prepare and review export and trade documentation ensuring compliance
  • Coordinate international shipments, balancing cost and efficiency
  • Liaise with customers, logistics providers and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records and registration documentation
  • Support continuous improvement across customer service and logistics processes
  • Ensure high standards of customer communication and service delivery
