What you'll do

  • Manage the end-to-end credit control process and debtor ledger
  • Chase overdue invoices and resolve payment queries
  • Produce aged debtor reports and support cashflow management
  • Allocate cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve invoice disputes
  • Support month-end processes and wider finance team activity

About you

  • Previous experience in credit control / accounts receivable
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics/Business Central) beneficial
