What you'll do
- Manage the end-to-end credit control process and debtor ledger
- Chase overdue invoices and resolve payment queries
- Produce aged debtor reports and support cashflow management
- Allocate cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve invoice disputes
- Support month-end processes and wider finance team activity
About you
- Previous experience in credit control / accounts receivable
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics/Business Central) beneficial
