Our client is seeking an ambitious Corporate Finance Manager to join one of Northern Ireland's leading deal advisory teams. The Role
As Corporate Finance Manager, you will work alongside experienced dealmakers, supporting clients through critical stages of growth, investment and business transformation. You will take ownership of transactions from initial engagement through to completion, providing strategic advice and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
What You Will Do
- Lead and project manage a wide range of Corporate Finance transactions
- Support acquisitions, disposals, fundraising projects, due diligence assignments and company valuations
- Deliver strategic advisory engagements and corporate strategy projects
- Prepare high-quality reports, financial analysis, presentations and client recommendations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client portfolio
- Develop and review complex financial models
- Work closely with Partners and senior leadership on transaction delivery
- Support business development initiatives and deal origination activity
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Identify opportunities to further strengthen sector expertise and market presence

Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, CAI or equivalent professional qualification
- Previous experience within Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or Deal Advisory
- Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills
- Experience managing client relationships and transaction workstreams
- Financial modelling experience
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines
- Experience managing and developing team members
- Strong commercial awareness and business development capability
