Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to welcome a Conveyancing Solicitor into its respected property team. You'll work on a quality residential caseload in a supportive, collaborative environment where your development is encouraged and your contribution genuinely valued.

The Role

You will manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing clear, practical legal advice and delivering a consistently high level of client service. The role offers autonomy, support and the chance to further develop your technical skills within a stable and modern firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases and remortgages.
  • Advising clients clearly and confidently throughout the transaction process.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents and related conveyancing paperwork.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties to progress matters efficiently.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.
  • Maintaining high standards of client care and communication.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland.
  • Experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong technical foundation in conveyancing and property law.
  • Comfortable managing your own caseload, with support available where needed.
  • Client-focused, well organised and proactive in your approach.
