The successful candidate will typically report to senior leadership and work closely with internal teams across business, operations, finance, and technology.
About you:
- 3-5+ years of project management experience, especially in ERP, business systems, or data-enabled change
- Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management, and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience in business analysis, process mapping, and translating requirements into solutions
- Knowledge of BI, reporting, ETL, data flows, and data quality is highly desirable
- Ability to operate independently in a lean environment with a proactive approach
What you'll do:
- Lead the Makor ERP implementation from final testing through to phased rollout and transition to business as usual
- Manage delivery plans, dependencies, actions, and governance processes for multiple projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, operations, finance, and external suppliers
- Facilitate workshops to define requirements, processes, and solutions
- Maintain an end-to-end view of projects, identifying impacts across business and technology
- Drive issues to resolution and ensure clear ownership and accountability
