About you

  • 3-5 years of project management experience, especially in ERP, business systems, or data-enabled change
  • Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Experience in business analysis, process mapping, and translating requirements into solutions
  • Knowledge of BI, reporting, ETL, data flows, and data quality is highly desirable
  • Ability to operate independently in a lean environment with a proactive approach

What you'll do

  • Lead the Makor ERP implementation from final testing through to phased rollout and transition to business as usual
  • Manage delivery plans, dependencies, actions, and governance processes for multiple projects
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, operations, finance, and external suppliers
  • Facilitate workshops to define requirements, processes, and solutions
  • Maintain an end-to-end view of projects, identifying impacts across business and technology
  • Drive issues to resolution and ensure clear ownership and accountability
