VANRATH are delighted to be supporting a well-established manufacturing and interiors business based in Toome in the appointment of a Content and Marketing Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and digitally minded marketer to take ownership of content delivery across a diverse mix of B2B and B2C brands. Reporting into the Group Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the content approach, ensuring consistent, engaging, and performance-led output across multiple channels.
Working Hours
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
- Standard office hours with flexibility required for travel and on-site content capture
The Role
- Take responsibility for planning and coordinating content across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with wider marketing activity
- Produce and deliver a range of content including written copy, photography, and video for both digital and offline use
- Lead on the creation and editing of video content, from initial capture through to final production and publishing
- Attend sites across the UK and Ireland to gather real-life content, including imagery, interviews, and project-based storytelling
- Manage scheduling and publishing across social channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Houzz
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop authentic case studies and customer stories
- Support the development of SEO-focused content and contribute to wider campaign planning
- Review and assess content performance using analytics, adapting approach based on insights and engagement
- Contribute to wider marketing activity including brand campaigns, internal communications, and sales support materials
- Maintain awareness of emerging content trends and digital best practice to continuously improve output
The Person
- At least 3 years' experience in a content marketing or content creation role covering both digital and traditional channels
- Qualification in Marketing or a related discipline (degree or postgraduate level)
- Strong ability to write engaging copy and tell compelling brand stories across different audiences
- Confident in producing and editing both video and photography content
- Experience using content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and how content performs across them
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
- Comfortable working with analytics and using data to inform content decisions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders
- Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland
Desirable Criteria
- Experience working across both B2B and B2C environments
- Background in interiors, manufacturing, construction, or home improvement sectors would be advantageous
