Location: Belfast

VANRATH are recruiting for a Community Partnership Officer to support the delivery, development and monitoring of funded community partner services. This role will involve:

  • Working closely with community and voluntary sector organisations, supporting service delivery, monitoring outcomes, reviewing performance and providing guidance around funding requirements.
  • Working with community partners, stakeholders and voluntary groups to improve support services.
  • Helping develop systems to measure service impact on health and wellbeing.
  • Preparing reports for management on outcomes, progress and performance.
  • Identifying training needs and supporting organisations to build capacity.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring databases are kept up to date.

Experience required:

  • Programme or project experience working within the community and voluntary sector.
  • Practical experience of developing positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across the community and voluntary sector.
  • Practical experience developing Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks and monitoring progress against key outcomes.
  • Experience of analysing complex financial and non-financial information and producing recommendations to management.

A current UK Driving Licence with access to a car. This will be waived in the case of an applicant whose disability prohibits driving but who is able to organise suitable alternative arrangements.
