- Proven leadership experience in a commercial and operational role within the print, design, or creative industry

- Oversee the commercial and operational activities across three business areas

- Drive the development of premium brand design and print services including digital and large-format offerings
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and monitor financial performance against targets
