About you
- Fully qualified or part-qualified accountant with membership of ICAI, ICAEW, ACCA or CIMA
- Strong commercial and business acumen, ideally with industry experience
- Curious, problem-solver with an interest in manufacturing business operations
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate financial data for non-financial colleagues
- Proficient in financial modelling and data analysis
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and capable of working under tight deadlines
What you'll do
- Build and maintain relationships with Commercial, Operational, and Finance teams to enable insightful financial analysis
- Make recommendations to enhance profitability and drive business improvements
- Improve financial reporting and processes for faster decision-making
- Prepare costings for existing and new product lines
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and five-year planning cycles
