Job Description My client, a leading software and professional services organisation, is hiring a Client Delivery Consultant to join an established delivery team based in Belfast.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with large enterprise clients, leading software implementations and helping organisations transform complex business, financial, and regulatory processes through innovative technology solutions.

Working closely with clients, delivery teams, and customer success functions, you will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery, strong customer adoption, and long-term client success.
As a Client Delivery Consultant, you will manage multiple client implementations from discovery through to go-live and transition into business-as-usual support.
You will gather and analyse client requirements, translate business processes into effective configured solutions, manage project risks and milestones, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
You will also support demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution design activities while helping to drive continuous improvement across delivery processes.
The Person Experience in client delivery, implementation, consulting, project delivery, or customer-facing technology roles.
Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience working with client data and translating business requirements into practical solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Basic SQL knowledge and the ability to think logically when designing solutions.
Understanding of finance, accounting, compliance, regulatory, or tax-related business processes.
Comfortable working within a fast-paced technology environment.
Experience supporting pre-sales activities, demonstrations, or proof-of-concepts would be advantageous.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and successful delivery.
Collaborative team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
