- Proven supervisory experience within cleaning or facilities management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and high cleaning standards

- Clean driving licence
- Able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above or equivalent
What you'll do:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the cleaning unit, ensuring high standards of cleanliness

- Develop staff schedules and manage staff holidays efficiently
