About you
- Proven management experience within the cleaning industry, preferably across multiple sectors
- Strong IT skills, including use of HR systems, payroll, and audit tools
- Full driving licence
- Excellent communication skills
- Financial acumen with experience in budget management
- Health & Safety knowledge and basic statutory training
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively
What you'll do
- Oversee all staff induction and training, ensuring compliance and identifying retraining needs
- Manage staff performance and disciplinary issues in line with company policies
- Maintain a safe working environment for all team members
- Address client queries promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Coordinate cleaning schedules and cover arrangements
- Identify areas for operational improvement to boost productivity and efficiency
- Conduct regular meetings with Operations Managers and interface with clients for KPI reporting
