About you

  • Minimum of 2 years' eBilling or financial billing experience, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment
  • Experience supporting eBilling implementation, client onboarding, and vendor setup activities
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyse data and prepare reports
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, with problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders

What you'll do

  • Maintain and administer eBilling platforms, ensuring client profiles, project data, and vendor records are accurate and current
  • Support onboarding of new eBilling clients and vendors, including testing and data validation
  • Review and submit electronic invoices, monitor statuses and resolve issues to ensure timely payments
  • Analyse rejection and reduction trends, working with teams to implement improvements
  • Create reports and dashboards to monitor billing performance and operational efficiency
  • Document client-specific eBilling procedures and requirements
  • Assist with troubleshooting platform issues and contribute to system and process enhancements
