Job Description My client, a leading global digital media and technology organisation, is hiring a Cloud Engineer III to join an established Cloud Engineering team. Working closely with engineering, product, and operations teams, you will play a key role in driving DevOps best practices, improving platform reliability, and supporting the ongoing growth of a large-scale cloud environment. As a Cloud Engineer III, you will contribute to the design and implementation of secure and scalable cloud infrastructure, manage and optimise cloud services, support deployment and monitoring solutions, and collaborate with teams across the business to troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure issues. You will work extensively with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern DevOps tooling to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement. The Person * Demonstrable experience building and supporting cloud applications at scale. * Strong commercial experience with AWS cloud services. * Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including managed Kubernetes platforms. * Experience deploying infrastructure using Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools. * Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and best practices. * Proficiency in at least one modern programming language. * Experience with DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tooling. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively within cross-functional engineering teams. * Interest in evaluating and adopting emerging cloud technologies.
