What you'll do
- Assist in producing monthly management accounts, KPIs, and weekly reports for internal stakeholders.
- Perform analytical reviews of P&L, reconcile balance sheets, and manage VAT/statutory submissions.
- Process weekly wages and oversee sales ledger, invoicing, and credit control operations.
- Support costing and margin analysis, including data maintenance in Siteline/Factorytrack.
- Drive financial process improvements, internal audits, and cost-efficiency initiatives across departments.
About you
- Proven experience supporting monthly management and statutory accounts preparation.
- Strong analytical skills with a background in balance sheet reconciliations and KPI reporting.
- Familiarity with payroll processing, credit control, and financial compliance tasks.
- Experience collaborating with operational teams such as Supply Chain or Production.
- Hands-on involvement in product costing, system maintenance, and internal financial audits.
