Client: An award-winning architectural practice based in Belfast, with a proud reputation for delivering high-quality, tailored architectural solutions. Specialising in healthcare and education projects, they offer a responsive and personal service built on excellence and creative design.
The Role: This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of technically complex and meaningful projects using industry-leading software and workflows. As an Architectural Technologist, you will:
- Take responsibility for producing detailed design and construction documentation using Revit in line with BIM protocols
- Manage multiple projects at various stages of development
- Ensure technical and regulatory compliance across all drawing and model outputs
- Support project delivery through close collaboration with architects, consultants, and contractors
- Contribute to job running and project coordination duties across the office
- Help maintain and implement office BIM standards and best practices
The Ideal Person:
- A third-level qualification in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a construction-related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years' experience within an architectural practice
- Healthcare and/or Education experience
- Strong technical design skills and a proven track record delivering BIM-based projects using Revit
- A working knowledge of Building Regulations and CDM Regulations
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to design and documentation quality
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage time and priorities across multiple schemes
