This is a key role acting as the first point of contact for visitors, members and stakeholders, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a busy switchboard, handling and directing incoming calls efficiently
- Provide a professional reception service, welcoming all visitors
- Respond to general queries and direct enquiries to the appropriate teams
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, including logging and distribution
- Maintain visitor records, parcel handling and general office coordination
- Support administrative processes including filing, invoicing and record-keeping
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate stationery orders
- Assist with room bookings and basic finance administration
- Provide general administrative support across the wider team as required
About You
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
