Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional who is interested in joining a market leading business based in South Belfast? This is initially for a period of 12 months and is being offered on a hybrid working model.

The Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the prompt and accurate payment of supplier invoices, ensuring all supplier queries are handled in a professional manner and any ad-hoc duties as required.
If you have experience of preparing and submitting payment runs, bank reconciliations and have a strong working knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, this could be the ideal role. Interviewing Immediately.
About you:
- 1 years' experience within an Accounts Payable function
- Experience of preparing and submitting payment runs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Available at short notice
What you'll do:
- Preparing and submitting supplier payment runs on a fortnightly basis
- Handling all supplier queries in relation to non-payment/late payment in a timely manner
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparing remittance advices
- Setting up new supplier accounts
- Posting payments to creditors ledger
