VANRATH have partnered with one of Northern Ireland's most established family-run car dealerships. The organisation is recruiting for a Service Advisor position. This is a permanent role based in Bangor - Conlig with a negotiable salary, bonus, company car, fantastic benefits, and a company pension scheme, along with 30 days holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • The role will involve face-to-face and telephone contact with our customers, with the overall aim of providing the very best in customer service.
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to put the customer first, have an enthusiastic approach to their work, be highly organised, and have good time management skills.
  • Upselling EVHC, service plans, etc.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a franchised dealership in a similar position.
  • Ability to multi-task while keeping a positive attitude both to your work and our customers.
  • Full valid UK driving license.
