About you
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within FMCG or food manufacturing Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage KPIs, quality standards, and technical documentation effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office Self-motivated, proactive, and hands-on approach Relevant HACCP and Health & Safety qualifications are desirable Leadership or management qualifications and GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) are preferred What you'll do Lead and motivate your production team to operate safely, efficiently, and to high standards Manage key performance indicators such as safety, quality, and productivity Assist in planning the department workload and optimise labour utilisation Drive standards for food safety, hygiene, and quality compliance Conduct investigations and performance reviews, fostering a culture of accountability and development Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Technical and Dispatch Support continuous improvement initiatives and embed Lean principles across your team Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Cian France for a confidential chat today.
