VANRATH are assisting a leading organisation in the recruitment of an experienced HR Officer for a temporary contract based in Craigavon. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to join a busy and supportive HR team, providing operational HR support across a wide range of employee relations and people management activities.

The HR Officer will support managers and employees across a broad range of HR functions, ensuring best practice and compliance with organisational policies and procedures. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and staff
  • Supporting employee relations casework including absence management, disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Assisting with recruitment and selection processes
  • Supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle administration
  • Ensuring HR records and systems are maintained accurately
  • Assisting with policy implementation and HR projects
  • Producing HR reports and management information
  • Supporting compliance with employment legislation and organisational procedures

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience working within a HR function
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
