What you'll do:

  • Handle daily financial transactions including bank lodgements, receipts, and payments
  • Process purchase invoices and supplier payments, reconcile statements
  • Administer wages and HMRC online submissions
  • Assist with month-end reconciliations and management accounts
  • Maintain petty cash records and assist with VAT reconciliation
  • Liaise with staff and suppliers to resolve queries efficiently
  • Support year-end audits and prepare journal entries
  • Provide cover for the Financial Controller when needed
