VANRATH are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a growing engineering firm to recruit an Office Administrator (Payroll) to join their busy finance and operations team. What You'll Do
- Complete weekly end-to-end payroll, including timesheet collection, validation and processing.
- Manage day-to-day payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely payments.
- Liaise with external payroll providers and resolve payroll-related queries.
- Maintain employee records and payroll data in line with company procedures.
- Provide general office and administrative support, including document management and reporting.
- Oversee company vehicle administration, including records, documentation and coordination with suppliers.
- Support the finance and office teams with ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, payroll regulations and data confidentiality standards.
About You
- Previous experience in office administration with exposure to payroll or finance support.
- Comfortable managing payroll processes from start to finish.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
