About you

  • CIPD Associate or Chartered Member, or equivalent professional HR qualification

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle multiple HR cases with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proven stakeholder engagement skills, including working with Trade Unions and management teams

What you'll do

  • Manage a range of HR cases such as sickness, discipline, grievances, and performance issues, ensuring policy and legal compliance
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on HR and employee relations matters
  • Support recruitment and selection processes, including chairing panels and managing administrative tasks
  • Assist in delivering HR training, coaching, and policy updates to promote best practice
  • Contribute to HR projects and strategies aligned with the organisation's goals
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with Trade Unions and external stakeholders to support a healthy industrial relations climate
