About you
- CIPD Associate or Chartered Member, or equivalent professional HR qualification
- At least 2 years' experience in HR advisory roles, including employee relations and recruitment
- Strong understanding of employment legislation, HR policies, and best practices
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle multiple HR cases with professionalism and confidentiality
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills, including working with Trade Unions and management teams
What you'll do
- Manage a range of HR cases such as sickness, discipline, grievances, and performance issues, ensuring policy and legal compliance
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on HR and employee relations matters
- Support recruitment and selection processes, including chairing panels and managing administrative tasks
- Assist in delivering HR training, coaching, and policy updates to promote best practice
- Contribute to HR projects and strategies aligned with the organisation's goals
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with Trade Unions and external stakeholders to support a healthy industrial relations climate
