About you
- Full, current membership of CIPD
- Degree in any discipline or equivalent HR experience
- A minimum of 2 years' experience managing complex employee relations cases, or 4 years' HR experience with substantial ER responsibility
- Deep knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practice
- Outstanding communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
What you'll do
- Lead on complex employee relations cases, advising managers and supporting resolution processes
- Provide expert guidance on disciplinary, grievance, absence, and capability issues
- Assist with organisational change programmes and consultation exercises
- Foster positive relationships with Trade Unions and key stakeholders
- Deliver practical training on employment policies and employee relations best practice
- Maintain accurate, confidential case records and stay informed on employment law updates to guide decision-making
