  • Full, current membership of CIPD
  • Degree in any discipline or equivalent HR experience
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience managing complex employee relations cases, or 4 years' HR experience with substantial ER responsibility
  • Deep knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practice
  • Outstanding communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

What you'll do

  • Lead on complex employee relations cases, advising managers and supporting resolution processes
  • Provide expert guidance on disciplinary, grievance, absence, and capability issues
  • Assist with organisational change programmes and consultation exercises
  • Foster positive relationships with Trade Unions and key stakeholders
  • Deliver practical training on employment policies and employee relations best practice
  • Maintain accurate, confidential case records and stay informed on employment law updates to guide decision-making
