About you
- Degree in any discipline (or 4 years' equivalent relevant experience)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience providing advice and guidance on policies, procedures or legislation
- Experience engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Experience preparing reports, correspondence and management information
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Knowledge of governance, compliance or information management processes (desirable)
- Full driving licence (or access to suitable transport)
What you'll do
- Support the delivery of corporate services, governance and compliance activities
- Develop and monitor project plans, ensuring deadlines and objectives are achieved
- Prepare reports, correspondence, management information and briefing materials
- Support policy development, implementation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct research and analyse data to support decision-making and service delivery
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on corporate processes and procedures
- Assist with audit, performance, risk and governance activities
- Maintain accurate records management systems in line with retention and compliance requirements
- Engage with internal departments, external partners and stakeholders
- Support information governance processes, including policy compliance, reporting and information requests
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with GDPR and relevant legislation at all times
